Core Responsibilities:

- Develop new business for specific business units as per the strategic direction of management.

- Coordinating client communication and ask relevant questions to understand the core requirement of clients to effectively relay to team.

- Know all Crowds Reach products & services by heart & mind to confidently represent the firm and ensure its growth globally.

- Independently generate leads and convert them for specific business units of the firm.

- Create new business opportunities from qualified leads and engage appropriate production teams to address client's need.

- Manage pro-active and invitation-based pitches by coordinating with all relevant teams

- Negotiate with clients to close opportunities, work on commercial contracts and agreements for new clients as well.

- Effectively coordinate retained clients monthly requirements internally.

Role Requirements:

- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in any client facing roles.

- Undergraduate Degree on any subject (preferred

Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, any and all tech-related majors)

- Be process oriented & diligent in approaching your daily task, ability to follow SOP guidelines.

- Have excellent presentation development and delivery skills in front of live large audiences.

- Dynamic persona, ability to maintain and switch from small talk to negotiating strategies to convert the client for further business.

- Be fluent and naturally conversant in both English and Bangla languages

- Be a go-getter and hungry to win clients and new businesses, ambition will be rewarded.

Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 BDT + Commission Structure
